Wang Hong-ying majored in economical law in Shanghai Jiao Tong university (SJTU). Graduating from SJTU in 1999, she joined Shanghai Runhua Law Firm in the same year.  She has practiced as lawyer since 2001,and in 2002 Wang Hong-ying joined Shanghai City Development Law firm, providing specialized legal services for city development, corporate, and foreign-related business.

During Wang Hong-ying’s career life as a lawyer, she is rich in experience of cases covering real estate development, construction, banking, corporate business and foreign-related business.
